Excel 240 Cellular Neoprene (CR)

Excel 240 Cellular Neoprene (CR)

Neoprene, originally developed by DuPont as a trade name for polychloroprene, was the first synthetic elastomer introduced to the market. While now commonly used as a generic term, Neoprene was specifically engineered as an oil-resistant alternative to natural rubber.

This soft, flexible sponge rubber features a unique molecular structure that offers excellent resistance to degradation from both water and air.

Cellasto Cellasto
Cellasto Quick View
Cellasto is successfully used as the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) solution for automotive chassis and suspension applications such as jounce bumpers, shock absorber top mounts and coil spring isolators
EPDM
EPDM Quick View
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic Sponge Rubber. It is a good all round Elastomer used in many industries. EPDM sponge Rubber has excellent water, ozone and UV light resistance
EVA
EVA Quick View
Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) cellular sponge offers rubber like qualities in softness and flexibility and can be used economically in a wide range of applications. The higher the VA content - the more rubber like qualities it offers
Natural Open Cell Rubber Natural Open Cell Rubber
Natural Open Cell Rubber is the first type of Sponge Rubber that is made by adding a blowing agent like baking soda to the uncured sponge rubber. It then rises or expands under low pressure a little like a cake would rise.
Neoprene
