Pro-cell Brown 45 is a firm microcellular polyurethane elastomer with a tough outer skin, designed to withstand demanding die-cutting applications. Its high Shore hardness ensures strong rebound and compression resistance, while its consistent internal structure delivers balanced performance across all ejectors. With superior abrasion resistance and excellent load/deflection characteristics, this material is ideal for high-cycle, high-precision die ejection systems.

Sheet Size (Max.): 500mm x 500mm
Stocked Thicknesses: 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm

Other thicknesses available on request, up to 35mm
